The man known as Raul Reyes, recently killed in action by Columbian forces was a leader of the communist revolutionary group FARC. FARC was responsible for waves of kidnapping and other terrorist activity wreaking havoc in Columbia for 30+ years. In his last days, Raul Reyes was keenly aware of presidential politics in the US. Here is an exerpt from a news story about information found on the revolutionary’s laptop.
